Florida Aquarium in Saint Petersburg. An aquarium featuring Floridas aquatic life, animals and birds. Museum of Science and Industry in Tampa. Florida and its plants and animals, and games and interactive learning about the solar system.
Also features the IMAX theater with movies on sea life, Alaska and rain forests. You could also catch a Tampa Bay Ray baseball game, too. The Trop is in downtown Saint Petersburg. You might be able to make an educated guess from the numbers available through Bookscan, if you know anyone at a larger publishing house who can use it for you.
Less useful, but still good: try someone in publishing who has access to an iPage account at Ingram. Still less uselful, but good for guessing a ballpark figure: look at the Amazon sales ranks, then look at the sales to rank converter on Foner Books website. This will give you an educated guess at the Amazon sales. Multiply it by 10 for most books and youre in the ballpark for total sales.

Trace the outline of the bowl rim onto the paper. Simply get a rough measurement, in two directions. If not, then you still have the opportunity to adjust your pattern. Just try to keep the new lines the same distance from the full size tracing. This will give you a good approximation of the pattern you need.
Thats one way to do it. Use plastic wrap on the bowl, set it in a box, and fill the box to the 5 inch mark. You may have to hold the bowl in place, or weight it down, while putting in the foam. This will strengthen the clay mold, and allow you to lift it off the bowl, and transfer the shape to some paper, or thin plywood, to make a template. Allow to dry, and repeat.
